If you have any problems with your TransLink® card, we're here to help you solve them.
- If your card is not registered and has been lost, stolen or damaged, you will need to order a new card.
- If your card is registered and has been lost, stolen or damaged, we'll need to get a little information from you. Call the TransLink Customer Service Center at 1-877-878-8883 (TDD/TTY 711 or 1-800-735-2929) or fill out a Report a Lost, Stolen or Damaged TransLink Card form.
- If you think your card is defective, fill out a Report a Defective TransLink Card form. If your card has been altered in any way (it is bent or cracked, part of it has broken off, it has been punctured, etc.), it is damaged and not eligible for free replacement.
- To request a refund, fill out a TransLink Refund Request form.
- If you think your TransLink card was charged incorrectly, fill out a Request for Fare Correction for a TransLink Card form.
