Most TransLink® card readers will display your card's balance every time you take a ride. You can also check your card's balance by visiting a self-serve TransLink Add Value Machine or a participating transit agency ticket office or retail outlet.

Or you can call the Customer Service Center at 1-877-878-8883 and follow the prompts. When asked to enter your card serial number, you can find it on the back of your card. Enter all of the digits before the dash, including zeroes. For example, enter 0000012345.
If you request your balance by phone, the amount reported is the balance as of the end of the day on the previous business day. If you have recently added value online or over the phone, your updated balance will not appear until you have tagged your card to a card reader to load the value.
