If you have any problems with your TransLink® card, we're here to help you solve them.

  • If your card is not registered and has been lost, stolen or damaged, you will need to order a new card.
  • If your card is registered and has been lost or stolen, we'll need to get a little information from you. Log in to your My TransLink account and click on "Report a lost or stolen card". You can also call the TransLink Customer Service Center at 1-877-878-8883 (TDD/TTY 711 or 1-800-735-2929) or download Report a Lost, Stolen or Damaged TransLink Card form from the Forms section of the TransLink website.
  • If you think your card is defective, fill out a Report a Defective TransLink Card form. If your card has been altered in any way (it is bent or cracked, part of it has been broken off, it has been punctured, etc.), it is damaged and not eligible for free replacement.
  • To request a refund, fill out the Request a TransLink Card Refund form.
  • If you think your TransLink card was charged incorrectly, fill out a Request for Fare Correction for a TransLink Card form.
